Trainings
Welcome to prepare for the European Orienteering Championships 2026 in Lithuania!
We offer you the possibility to train on maps, relevant for EOC 2026 competitions.
Official trainings and camps
- All training activities should be coordinated with the organizers, contact trainings@eoc2026.lt
- You find the location of all the training areas with a preview of each map (low resolution image, click on the polygonal shapes) here: TRAININGS AREA
- Note that teams can organize their own training camps anytime.
- Official training camps will be organized in the following dates. All the sessions will have orienteering flags and sometimes SPORTident timing:
- 1 st official training camp – 2025 October 15-19 (together with WRE competitions Lithuanian CUP)
- 2 nd official training camp – 2026 April (together with WRE competitions SpringCup 2026)
- 3 rd official training camp – 2026 End of August (selection races and training camp)

Booking
- In order to book trainings, fill in the order form and send it to trainings@eoc2026.lt. If
different national teams organize camps together, all of them must fill out the form. - The invoice will be sent to the recipient indicated in the form at the end of the training
camp. - Booked printed maps will be shipped or handed over based on the agreement.

- If you are not taking part to the Official Training Camp, please send us the booking form no later than 7 days before your arrival in order to receive your printed maps in time.
Usage and Cost
You have different possibilities for individual trainings:
- A. Usage of printed map with official training course (with permanent controls) or without controls: 9€/A4, 10/A3 per athlete/training.
- B. Usage of PDF map file with/without course (for own printing): 4€ per athlete/training.
- C. Purchase of the map file (OCAD): 50€/team + 3€/athlete.
- D. Purchase ALL training map files (OCAD): 150€/team + 3€/athlete.
- E. Organised training with SportIdent 100€ + 5€/control point +5€/athlete.

There are more maps there Your training could be held, You can check them in the official map
database www.trails.lt. If You wish to have trainings on another map listed in the database please
contact trainings@eoc2026.lt for possibilities.
Technical Info
- Booked printed maps will be printed on Teslin paper with laser printing technology.
- Some maps are older but should be already revised.
- The control description will be printed directly on the map.
- All control points in the forest trainings are marked with the EOC2026 CP flag.
- If a control marking is missing, please let us know so we can put it to the control point
- again. It may have been removed by strange people…
